Changing your mindset doesn’t happen all at once. It requires time and continual effort to change our brains. But it is possible. 

This week we address very specific pitfalls of common negative mindsets and how to overcome them. We talk about:

  • Perfectionism
  • Overcoming fear
  • Not comparing yourself to others
  • Setting reasonable expectations
  • Not worrying about what others think of you  

Little by little, we can change our brains to see the world more positively. We are all a work in progress. Just remember to keep trying. The only person you need to be better than is the person you were yesterday.
